Job summary

The ALDO Group is hiring a Full-Time Stock Coordinator for our Winnipeg store. You will oversee inventory, keep backstore organized, and ensure shelves are ready for customers, supporting sales floor operations.

You thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment, enjoy physical work like lifting up to 16 kg, and bring reliability, a team-first mindset, and a readiness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Full-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.
