Job summary

Dollarama in Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and customer satisfaction, and to step in as Manager on Duty when needed. You will help drive sales, oversee merchandising, staff scheduling, coaching, and training while maintaining safety and policy compliance to deliver a premium shopping experience.

• Minimum two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
