Job summary

Dollarama in Shelburne, Ontario seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, and lead a team to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
