Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and develop new client relationships, including upselling services.
• Conduct Discovery Meetings to learn client needs and goals.
• Present radio and online advertising plans aligned to clients’ needs.
• Coordinate fulfillment of client orders through administrative and creative teams.
• Manage existing client relationships and present progress reports to track campaign objectives.
• Utilize sales planner tools to forecast sales progress.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new Account Managers.
• Support the Sales Manager’s efforts to coach and develop existing Account Managers.

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Weyburn. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role also includes coaching and developing sales teammates to their respective activities.

In this role, you will

• Identify potential business opportunities. You will develop new client relationships and look for opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
• Conduct Discovery Meetings to learn about the needs and goals of local businesses.
• Present radio and online advertising plans aligned to your clients’ needs.
• Coordinate fulfillment of your clients’ orders through our administrative and creative teams.
• Manage existing client relationships, including presenting progress reports to ensure advertising and marketing campaigns reach their desired objective.
• Utilize sales planner tools to forecast your sales progress.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new Account Managers.
• Support the Sales Manager's efforts to coach and develop existing Account Managers.
