What You'll Do

As Assistant Sales Manager, you're not just selling a service, you're inviting people into a lifestyle that helps them feel better in their bodies every single day. You'll support daily studio operations, drive membership sales, and help lead a team dedicated to client care and community impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the Member Experience

  • Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.
  • Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership goals.
  • Share the StretchLab mission and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching.
  • Convert trial visitors into committed, long-term members.

Support the Studio Manager

  • Assist with scheduling, team performance tracking, and motivating staff.
  • Take ownership of operations, stepping in wherever needed, from front desk to admin to studio floor.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy environment.
