SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout Toronto Pearson International Airport located in Mississauga, ON. Our restaurants include: Tim Horton’s, Freshii, Boccone, Mill Street, Camden, Urban Crave, Tap & Pour, Dirty Bird, Distillery Food Hall, Built Burger, Upper Crust, and Wahlburgers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with bar environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including communication and conflict resolution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or an Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front and Back of House Operations.
• Ensure Food Quality and Safety standards are met.
• Manage costs related to food and labor.
• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and office functions.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting.
• Address routine issues proactively.
