Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person on-site team in Brockville. You will live in an apartment provided and work four weekdays, alternating weekends, and be on-call some evenings.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.

• Ability to work some evening and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs; prepare apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
