Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person on-site team in Cornwall, ON. The role requires you to live on site, share an apartment, and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

Base compensation is $33,000 per person per year plus a signing bonus, with employer-paid benefits and opportunities for annual bonuses, training, and career development in a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
