Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site in Cornwall, Ontario, sharing an apartment and working a four-day week with alternating weekends and on-call evenings. Base compensation is $33,000 per person per year plus a signing bonus, with employer-paid benefits and many career development opportunities.

The role focuses on leasing, tenant services, and on-site maintenance across multiple properties in Canada.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.

• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Ensure rents are collected in a timely manner.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
