Job summary

Realstar is seeking a two-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live on-site at one of our Vancouver properties. The role requires you to live in and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings.

Together you will handle cleaning, light maintenance, resident service, and leasing support, with a competitive annual salary of $44,700 per person plus apartment benefits and access to training, gym discounts, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Strong customer service abilities in a residential setting.
• Team player with the ability to handle on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Assist with minor maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and assist with leasing activities.
• Provide exceptional resident service and respond to on-call requests.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
