Job summary

Realstar seeks an Assistant Resident Manager to join a two-person live-on-site team. You will share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings at one of our properties in Canada.

Base compensation is $21,000 per person per year, with an apartment included as a taxable benefit, along with employer-paid benefits and bonuses based on performance. Gym discounts and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience is required.
• Minor maintenance skills are needed.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected in a timely manner.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property.
• Perform minor maintenance and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with leasing and respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
