Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of its residential properties in Canada. The role requires you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings to ensure smooth operations and strong resident satisfaction.

You will handle cleaning of common areas, minor maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting leasing activities and responding to on-call

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.
• Minor maintenance skills required.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Willingness to work some on-call evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing of suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
