About The Role

As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support and assist the Property Manager to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the property, driving financial performance and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  1. Perform, coordinate, and supervise various administrative, process improvement, and financial functions at the regional, client account, and departmental levels.
  2. Act as a liaison between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
  3. Oversee budget preparation, monthly reports, and financial projects; manage vendor invoice coding, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  4. Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, pipeline, and other business metrics; evaluate income and expense trends for profitability improvements.
  5. Schedule and conduct internal compliance reviews; report outcomes and collaborate with management to enhance operational compliance.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients regarding complex inquiries.
  7. Apply knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and resolve routine problems.
  8. Demonstrate broad knowledge within your subject area and some understanding of related fields.
  9. Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values, and influence team performance.
  10. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
  11. Explain complex information clearly to others.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education considered.
  • Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
