We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work and live at one of our properties. This role requires on-site residence, working four weekdays, every second weekend, and some evenings on call.

This position involves sharing a suite with your teammate and living on-site.

The Opportunity

Realstar manages over 160 properties across Canada, known for cleanliness, quietness, and high standards of service. Assistant Property Managers are vital to the successful operation of our residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Performing minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Assisting with leasing activities
• Responding to on-call requests
