This individual will play a vital role in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing support, and property operations.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and superintendents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with maintenance coordination, vendor access, and on-site oversight of repair work.
- Support leasing activities including scheduling tours and coordinating move-ins/outs.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and distribute notices/invoices when needed.
- Help prepare quarterly property reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, expiry reports, tenant contacts, and receivables.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in property management or a coordinator/administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a small, dynamic team environment.
