Job summary

Kentwood Market in Red Deer, AB is seeking a capable supervisor to direct and control daily operations at our on-site retail service establishment. You will plan and organize activities, assign duties, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure merchandise and services meet our standards.

Responsibilities also include developing marketing strategies, managing payroll, conducting performance reviews, handling customer requests and complaints, and maintaining pricing policies.
