Job summary

CO OP is seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to direct daily operations at our on-site location in British Columbia. You will plan, organize, and manage staff, implement pricing and credit policies, and recruit or supervise staff and volunteers as needed.

Responsibilities include locating, selecting merchandise for resale, developing marketing strategies, determining staffing needs, and resolving customer issues, shortages, or requests with a proactive, service-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent (1–2 years).
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
