Job summary

McDonald's Salmon Arm is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage costs, organize inventory, and coach staff in a fast-paced environment. You will plan schedules, monitor performance, and ensure health and safety standards are upheld while delivering excellent customer service.

This permanent full-time role requires 1+ year experience in hospitality, a college/CEGEP diploma, and strong leadership.

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, conduct performance reviews, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train and supervise staff.
