Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
• Strong retail business acumen with focus on sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience recruiting, selecting, and developing high-performing team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day store operations and achieve sales goals; lead the team.
