You will partner with the Store Manager to handle daily operations, scheduling, training, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, while growing your leadership career and benefiting from comprehensive training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and coach others.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in fashion/lingerie retail is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver outstanding sales results.
• Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and fittings.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and store performance.
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards reflecting the CHANGE brand.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed.
• Analyze store performance and contribute ideas to reach sales/KPI goals.
