Job summary

Keethanow Group of Businesses in La Ronge seeks an Assistant Manager for Keethanow Food Supermarket to support daily operations and act as Store Manager in their absence.

The role requires strong service orientation, frontline leadership, scheduling, staff development and strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

You will liaise with departments, maintain standards, and ensure customer service excellence in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school and College/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required.
• Demonstrated service orientation required.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in groceries is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/supermarket environment required.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities
