Splitsville Entertainment Inc. in Canada’s Halton region invites an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will be at the centre of operations, coaching staff, and supporting the General Manager to deliver outstanding service across lanes, dining, and amusements.

You will lead with energy, ensure top standards, and help grow guest satisfaction while managing shifts and schedules in a dynamic entertainment centre.

Qualifications

• Management experience, ideally within retail or restaurant settings.
• A passion for guest service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Desire for success.
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team and run an exceptional operation front-of-house.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre has the best standards and service to create a safe and fun guest experience.
