Splitsville Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead our busy centre. You will receive a thorough induction, be trained across lanes, bar and diner, and help drive exceptional operations in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Join us to coach teams, manage front-of-house activities, and support the General Manager in achieving centre goals while ensuring safety, standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and experience leading large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Run and oversee front-of-house operations and daily service standards.
• Support the General Manager in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains high standards and a safe, fun environment for customers.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the very centre of the Splitsville experience, to support the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the guest journey.

The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.
