Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Canada’s Ontario region is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team across lanes, dining, and amusements. You will receive a thorough induction and be trained across all areas of the busy centre to ensure excellent guest journeys.

You will coach and mentor staff, drive exceptional operation front-of-house, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet centre goals and financial targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in retail or restaurant settings.
• Strong guest service orientation is essential.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to organize and assign shift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
