Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment, a premier family entertainment centre in Canada, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach teams, and support the General Manager in achieving centre goals. You will help deliver a fun, safe and memorable guest journey.

You will guide shift tasks, foster a positive team culture, and ensure high standards of service, while embracing the busy centre environment and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting.
• A passion for guest service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team and running an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains the best standards and service in the industry for a safe, fun guest experience.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the very centre of the Splitsville experience, to support the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the guest journey.
