Splitsville Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager in Canada to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will coach staff across lanes, bar, diner, and amusements, ensuring top service and operational excellence.

You will drive guest satisfaction, train team members, and support the General Manager to meet centre goals and financial targets in a dynamic, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in retail or restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team.
• Run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre has high standards and a safe, fun environment for customers.
• Induct new staff with thorough training across all areas of the busy centre.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be at the very centre of the Splitsville experience, to support the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the guest journey.

The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front‑of‑house, to supporting the General Manager back‑of‑house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.
