Job summary

RBC Vancouver is seeking a sales-focused professional to support Builder Development and Mortgage Sales teams. You will manage builder relationships, ensure accurate marketing and pricing, and leverage technology to enhance productivity and client experience.

Successful candidates will have strong collaboration, presentation and organizational skills, with a track record in sales and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional Manager Builder Development, MMS and MS sales force partners to champion client experience and provide prompt service.
• Support in managing builder relationships with Manager, Builder Development and Mortgage Sales Force teams.
• Assist in ongoing management of builder sites with up-to-date marketing and pricing materials and schedules.
• Leverage technology to enhance productivity and client experience, including Linx capabilities.
• Ensure external market partners meet RBC, industry and legal standards.
• Review sales results with Manager, Builder Development Markets and provide support to meet plans.
• Assist and collaborate in delivering enablement courses for the MS channel.
