• Mortgage broker/agent license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate broker partnerships in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) to grow funding.
• Provide expert guidance on CMLS products and credit policies to brokers.
• Deliver on-site field support, training, and issue resolution within the broker network.
• Monitor broker deal flow and coordinate with underwriting and risk teams for smooth approvals.
• Structure and present complex files with brokers to meet credit standards.
• Take ownership of territory targets and drive sustainable regional growth.
