RBC in Nanaimo, Canada is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Advisor to provide customized mortgage solutions and trusted advice to clients and partners. You will cultivate relationships within the community and with realtors, build loyalty through exceptional service, and drive your personal sales results with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

This full-time, on-site role offers a commission-based pay structure and opportunities in Personal & Commercial Banking.

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate

• Self‑starter who works independently and seeks out answers

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience as a mortgage lender
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
