Availability : Full Time

Hourly Pay : Based on experience and work performance and there is the opportunity for pay increase / salary and benefits in the future.

Assistant Manager Job Position Description :

• Provide a top-notch guest experience
• Kitchen duties include preparing dough, portioning toppings, cooking / cutting pizzas, Wing Street etc.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment

In a typical day, you are accountable for :

• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
• Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies

As a leader, you are responsible for :

• Training and developing Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Leading the staff as an example and maintaining all the rules and regulations in place
• Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
• Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
