The role requires a passionate leader to inspire team members, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will take ownership of store culture and performance, while fostering personal and professional development.

WHAT We NEED : We see our Assistant Store Managers as the glue that holds the organization together – they communicate company strategy and priorities, embrace our philosophy of making every day great for customers AND employees, and create the store culture that dictates both employee and customer experience. They have a passion for people and understand the needs of their team members, and can personalize their coaching and mentoring skills to meet those needs. They also have a talent and love for sales and can successfully guide their branch to strong, consistent, year over year growth. Their dedication to superior customer service creates raving fans out of everyone who walks into store, and keeps them coming back for more.
