Requirements

• Experience : Must be an EPL Shift Leader or have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant. Familiarity with Point-Of-Sale systems is a plus.
• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Communication : Excellent English written and verbal skills; second language is a plus.
• Competencies : Basic math, computer skills, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Driving : Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work.
• Food Safety : Must have a Serve Safe Certificate at hire or obtain one upon hire.
• Work Hours : Full-time, including shifts in the morning, midday, or evening. Restaurants are not open 24 hours.
