WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE:
With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides excellent customer service. When acting as manager, your tasks will include meeting sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.
SALES:
- Optimize store performance and profitability with management support;
- Train your team in customer support, sales techniques, and product features;
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement;
- Schedule staff based on performance to manage payroll effectively;
- Communicate sales targets clearly to your team;
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide product knowledge;
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Create a positive work environment fostering excellence and pride;
- Promote our vision, mission, and brand culture;
- Demonstrate leadership and serve as a role model;
- Recruit, train, and develop team members;
- Manage work schedules and attendance;
- Participate in performance evaluations;
- Adjust staffing based on performance and store traffic.
MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION:
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge;
- Create an inviting store environment using planograms;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities;
- Build customer loyalty and enhance brand image;
- Assist with order planning and visual displays;
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization;
- Collaborate with mall management.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Analyze reports to improve productivity and sales;
- Manage store opening and closing procedures;
- Control store expenses efficiently;
- Follow company policies and procedures;
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
