Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will onboard, coach and develop staff, own the new member experience, and support daily club operations under the General Manager.

You will drive membership sales through relationship building, motivate a diverse team, and contribute to a positive, inclusive club culture while maintaining our core values of caring, happiness, integrity, and Trust.

• Previous sales experience is an asset.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
