Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales-focused team and deliver exceptional member experiences at our Canada location.

You will train, coach and develop a team of sales associates, owning the new member journey and ensuring high standards of service. In this role you will collaborate with the General Manager on daily club operations, drive membership growth through relationship building, and foster a culture of inclusion and peak performance while

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

What will you be doing?

• Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
• Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
