Job summary

GoodLife Kids in St. John's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates, coach and develop staff, and own the new member experience. You will recruit, train and motivate employees, set clear goals, and foster a welcoming environment focused on growth and service.

You will support the General Manager, drive memberships, and uphold a culture of care, inclusion and integrity. Competitive compensation includes base salary with bonuses and commissions.

This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary.
