GoodLife Fitness in Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates, coaching and developing them while owning the new member experience and fostering a supportive, fitness-focused culture.

You will onboard staff, drive membership growth through relationship building, and support the General Manager with daily club operations. A passion for people, leadership and inclusive values is essential.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
