Shoppers Drug Mart in Brockville, ON is seeking an Assistant Front Store Manager to support the Front Store Manager in daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and cash handling. This full-time on-site role involves leading and coaching front store staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

You will help with scheduling, monitor store performance, execute promotions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service delivery and strong customer interactions.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team members.
• Experience supervising store operations and staff coordination.
• Knowledge of loss prevention practices and safety protocols.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
