Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada is seeking an experienced retail leader to assist the Front Store Manager in overseeing human, physical and financial resources, and to ensure store objectives through effective product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will drive store standards, manage staffing with the FSM, support hiring, and mentor staff, delivering a customer-centric shopping experience with strong team leadership, adherence to blue culture, and competitive pay with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
