Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and workforce management.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for daily operations.
