Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Sainte-Adèle, QC is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to help run daily operations in your department. You will work daytime shifts, about 38–40 hours per week, with availability to support busy periods.

You will guide team members, provide feedback for development, coordinate with production and customer service clerks, and help ensure inventory, pricing, and customer service standards meet company expectations. Great team and growth opportunities.
