Independent Grocers Alliance is seeking an assistant department manager in Magog, Canada. The role involves day-to-day department management in collaboration with the department manager and guiding staff to meet objectives.

You will work with production and customer service clerks to deliver exceptional service, manage inventories and pricing, and support marketing efforts to ensure business readiness. A background in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years experience in retail or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
