Job summary

Westland Insurance Group is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Moose Jaw, SK. You will lead a collaborative team, promote and service all insurance products, and drive client satisfaction while supporting the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in the industry, holds a valid Insurance broker Level 2 license, and may have CAIB/CIP certification or a related post-secondary degree. This is an on-site role with community focus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years' industry experience.
• Insurance broker Level 2 license is required.
• Bonus: CAIB and/or CIP certification and a post-secondary degree/diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the branch team to achieve targets.
• Promote, sell and service all insurance products to clients.
• Monitor branch performance and support the Branch Manager.
