Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Moose Jaw, SK is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for a 6-month contract. You will promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, manage complex cases, and mentor teammates to support branch growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Progress toward CAIB and/or CIP designation with financial support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service across phone, email, and in person.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes.
• Develop client relationships through proactive support and follow ups.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell products.
• Collaborate with team, mentor peers, and assist with training.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, supported by a Level 2 License and progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation (financial support provided!)

• Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication
• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
