Are you ready to advance your culinary career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto seeks an Assistant Banquet Manager passionate about exceeding guest expectations and eager to contribute to our Food and Beverage Team. You will be a key leader, ensuring memorable experiences at events ranging from weddings to small meetings.
About the role:
The Assistant Banquet Manager will assist the Banquet Manager with daily operations, including staff training, quality control inspections, food safety, and supervising kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of food quality.
What you will bring:
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space, in-depth knowledge of Toronto’s restaurant scene, the ability to handle high-profile customers professionally, and a high level of professionalism. Attendance at training and special events is required.
