Are you ready to advance your culinary career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto seeks an Assistant Banquet Manager passionate about exceeding guest expectations and eager to contribute to our Food and Beverage Team. You will lead a dynamic Banquet and Event team, creating memorable experiences whether hosting a wedding or a small meeting.
About the role:
The Assistant Banquet Manager will assist the Banquet Manager with daily operations, including staff training, quality inspections, food safety, and supervising kitchen personnel to ensure top standards of food quality.
What you will bring:
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space, a deep understanding of Toronto's restaurant scene, the ability to handle high-profile customers under pressure, and a high level of professionalism. Attendance at training and special events is required.
