Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, collections, financial services, administration, asset recovery, or related field.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage recovery files to meet obligations, timelines, and standards.
• Coordinate with bailiffs, auctions, towing companies, and skip tracers for asset repossession and liquidation.
• Respond to customer inquiries including surrenders, redemptions, and recovery requests.
• Review and authorize supplier invoices and expenses within limits.
• Apply procedures and regulatory requirements to assigned files.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and perform quality control for compliance.
