Job summary

A leading retail company in Canada is seeking a Loss Prevention Team Lead to assist in various Loss Prevention programs within assigned stores. Responsibilities include training new Agents, working with management to detect internal theft, and conducting store evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays appropriate to the business needs.
• Current licensing requirements (as required by provincial or local jurisdiction).

Responsibilities

• Assist store with all Loss Prevention Programs.
• Review exception reports and cash variances in stores to detect internal activity.
• Organize and participate in shoplifting blitzes quarterly.
