Sport Chek is hiring a Store Loss Prevention Lead to minimize loss, protect assets and support store operations. You will patrol the sales floor, enforce LP programs, and coordinate with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.

The role emphasizes coaching associates, adhering to tagging standards, and maintaining security for high-value items. A strong safety mindset and customer-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience is assets.
• 12+ months of Loss Prevention or in-store security experience is assets.
• Experience training and mentoring employees.
• CPR & First Aid training required or can be completed during employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to reduce internal and external loss on the sales floor.
• Ensure LP tagging standards and secure high value products.
• Log incidents and liaise with Regional LP Manager.
• Coach associates on LP awareness and hotspot response.
