Job summary

Walmart Canada in Canada is seeking an Asset Protection and office leadership role to assist in guiding the Asset Protection and office areas, respond to issues, and train associates to improve performance. This position emphasizes customer service and task completion while supporting scheduling and store operations.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, coordinating tasks with the leadership team, and promoting a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products/services, helping locate items and resolving issues.
• Coordinate task completion as directed by Asset Protection Coach and Store Leadership Team, delegating and following up across receiving, claims and office support.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead.
• Assign associates to cover shifts and availability tasks across store areas.
• Identify and provide training opportunities to associates; develop through teaching.
• Contribute to a safe, clean environment by following policy and ensuring displays/fixtures are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Support recruiting and hiring of new associates.
